InterCareJourneys exists so that guests from the USA, Australia and Europe can screen their health early, in comfort, without navigating a foreign medical system alone. We handle the coordination, logistics and care of the journey — so licensed doctors can focus on medicine, and you can focus on rest.
Our role is strictly coordination, support, logistics, connection and care of the experience. ICJ does not diagnose, prescribe or provide medical advice.
Oversees the full journey; the guest's primary point of contact in Vietnam.
Accompanies guests throughout, providing translation and direct, personal support.
Manages bookings, confirmations and logistics from the office.
Supports medical questions, documentation and follow-up scheduling.
